This website (the “Site”) is owned and operated by RentBuyQuick.com , a division of RentBuyQuick.com. These Terms of Service apply to the national version of the Site, located at RentBuyQuick.com, as well as to any publicly available versions of the Site that RentBuyQuick.com offers or co-brands with its newspaper and broadcast affiliates and other distribution partners (collectively, “Affiliates“). Any individual who uses any version of the Site is a “User” for purposes of these Terms of Service. You may have arrived at a version of the Site from an Affiliate’s website, in which case, that Affiliate will be identified at the top of this page. By using the Site, you hereby agree that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and bound by all of the following provisions of these Terms of Service. RentBuyQuick.com is an Advertising and Research Service
RentBuyQuick.com operates the Site as an online advertising and research service for apartment hunters, dwellers and landlords. RentBuyQuick.com does not broker, lease, or sublease apartments directly and is not a party to any transaction between landlords (including, as applicable, property management companies and/or property managers) and renters. As a result, RentBuyQuick.com does not (a) guarantee or ensure any apartment or any transaction between a renter and landlord, (b) collect or process payment or execute any lease or sublease documentation on behalf of renters or landlords, or (c) broker, lease, or sublease or offer to broker, lease or sublease, or own any apartments. You are strongly encouraged to personally inspect any apartment advertised for rent prior to: signing any lease documentation; providing personal information such as a social security number on a lease application; or wiring or otherwise sending money for any deposit, rent payment or application fee.
If you operate a website and wish to link to the Site, you must link to the Site’s home page unless permission otherwise has been granted in writing by RentBuyQuick.com. RentBuyQuick.com reserves the right to reject or terminate any links to the Content or the Site.
RentBuyQuick.com does not accept unsolicited materials or ideas for use or publication in its programming or in other digital, electronic or print media except in connection with the Forums, chat rooms and bulletin boards on the Site. RentBuyQuick.com and the Affiliates shall not be responsible for the similarity of any of its content or programming in any media to Materials or ideas transmitted to the Site.
We offer a Money Back Guarantee if we fail to fulfill our service agreement, which literally never happens if given a fair opportunity to help our clients. It’s not fair that we take your money if you don’t get any value out of our service. However, before paying us any money please be sure this is a program for you. Our team works extremely hard to get our clients approved for quality housing, so you must be willing to give us a fair opportunity to help you get approved for housing. Our Program Works! If you are not committed to the process of getting you approved for a property rental in your selected area do not make any payments to us or our corporate partner. This program is for serious applicants only.
Details of refund policy:
If RentBuyQuick.com fails to fulfill our service agreement in successfully getting a client approved for housing, RentBuyQuick.com will refund the client 100% of all fees paid to our company. Period. Point Black.
If a customer joins our program and later decides to drop out before allowing our team to serve them will only be granted a 50% refund of the Service Fee.
If a customer fails to submit requested documents, information, or application payments to property management companies or landlords to give their account or case manager the information and authorization needed to work their case will only be granted a 50% refund of the Service Fee.
All refund request must only be made after the client's contract time period has expired, which is 90 days.
Requirements for refund:
1. You must apply to at least one of the apartment communities we provided you with. If you were rejected, we will refund you.
2. You must earn at least 3 times the amount of rent for the apartment you applied to from the second chance list we provided you with.
3. You must be full time employed.
4. You must provide proof of the requirements above.
To prevent abuse of our service we do fight unjust and unfounded disputes based on falsehoods to the fullest extent of the law by providing proof of service with undisputed evidence including ip addresses, credit/debit card information, paypal account info, extensive screen shots of services provided to your case, and a copy of our terms of service to both the financial institution of the customer and to the judge in small claims court in your local jurisdiction, copies of signed contracts and ID card, in addition we will seek additional fees to cover our legal expenses.
Rental Budget and Desired area of interest:
As a reminder our service agreement is to provide our customers with a list of second chance apartment rentals in/or around their desired area of interest that will consider approving renters with common credit issues.
We ask our customer for their Rental Budget on the order page to better assist them but we do not guarantee that the amount the customer selects will produce second chance results within that budget. However, in that case we will still provide the customer with the closet second chance rental properties available in the area the customer selected.
Example: If a customer selects they are re-locating to Manhattan, NY, wants a 2 bedroom, and would like second chance apartment options with a rental budget of $500.00. Manhattan, NY is a very high demand upscale area, and the average rent in Manhattan is $3,900.00/month. Therefore, locating an apartment rental for $500.00 a month is absolutely impossible; especially for second chance renters. We can only provide the customer with results based on what’s available in that area for the rental amount.
We respectfully request that customers are reasonable in their expectations and will strongly consider the average apartment rental amount in their desired area of interest when selecting their rental budget for an apartment rental.
US PROCESSING CENTER LLC Second Chance Housing and Credit Consulting Agreement
This agreement between RentBuyQuick.com ( Second Chance Housing Consultant) and you_______________________(the client), is a legally binding agreement. RentBuyQuick.com agrees to provide consultation to clients wishing to locate second chance housing rental properties, resources , or programs which we consider any rental property and/or program that will approve an applicant with negative credit history and to improve their personal credit, finances, knowledge of their credit rights, credit identity theft, choices and options and more. For any efforts to be effective, you (the client) must be truthful and diligent in giving the correct information to RentBuyQuick.com. RentBuyQuick.com reserves the right to cancel the agreement with any client it believes to be providing false or fraudulent information to us, its creditors or the credit bureaus. The strategiesused to get the client approved may include: corporate leasing; negotiating directly with the management company or landlord on behalf of the client which may include offering the property manager or landlord an lease default or damages insurance product; co-signing the lease as assurance; credit protection products that may prevent the management company or landlord from screening any negative items on the clients credit profile, especially for clients who are victims of identity theft; locating second chance management companies or landlords that fits the housing criteria of the client.

RentBuyQuick.com accepts no liability, nor responsibility for any damage or loss caused by your use or misuse of the information provided.
By federal law, you must know that you may do the credit restoration process independently. You also agree to the refund policy of RentBuyQuick.com, and if you request a refund, you will be refunded within accordance to RentBuyQuick.com Refund Policy, which must be done in writing and will discontinue the consulting process. You can read and review The Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Credit Repair Organizations Act at www.ftc.gov or by writing the FTC.
Please note that the agreed upon charge is for one or more of the following services: Initial housing Consultation and rental property file preparation for assigned corporate partner; Researching Laws and documents; Expertise and Knowledge; Reviewing Credit Reports; Data Processing; Consulting and Education; Opting Out process; Preparing documents; the Receipt of Educational Materials and our time.; Locating second chance rental properties and/or resources that will approve you for housing. For these services, you (the client) agree to pay a total amount of $500.00 Premium based on your program selection. We must follow all State and Federal Laws and will not deviate from them. If an item is not considered inaccurate, obsolete, misleading or duplicate, then we will not dispute the item on your credit report. If necessary, you may request to cancel our services in writing.
RentBuyQuick.com agrees to assist the client with their housing relocation needs by facilitating a contract between the client and a corporate guarantor partner within our network to secure the approval. The client understands that there is a separate risk fee and/or service fee associated with doing business with a corporate guarantor partner, made payable to the selected corporate partner directly, to secure the approval of a rental property. The risk fee, which is equal to the amount of the monthly rent, is required to be placed in escrow by the client before the corporate partner will submit the rental application to the client’s selected rental property on the client’s behalf. The risk fee can only be released to the corporate partner with the consent of the client. The client is expected and agrees to release the risk fee to the corporate partner out of escrow after the client has been fully approved by the management company or landlord for move-in. Theclient acknowledges and understands that other potential cost and fees outside of RentBuyQuick.com may include the application /admin fee paid directly to the management company or landlord, monthly rent and other bills associated with the rental property, escrow fee charged directly from a third party company for holding funds between the client andthe corporate partner, any sort of rental property related insurancefee required by the management company, landlord, or corporate partner to secure the approval, and any security deposits required by the management company or landlord to secure an approval.
The client agrees to a minimum of a 90-day contract (or the client’s listed date of move-in pass 90 days) with RentBuyQuick.com to consult and producepositive results regarding their housing relocation needs before requesting a refund.

Schedule a phone call with assigned case manager to discuss the details of your housing needs.
Search, Tour, and Select rental properties. Provide your case manager with 3 to 5 options.
Upload all identification and income documentation that your select rental properties management company or landlord requires.
Case Manager will prepare your file and rental application, which will be used for applying to your selected rental property.
Based on the policy and leasing structure of the management company or landlord the case manager will determine the best strategy to secure the approval.
Case Manager will send a contract and welcome letter to client to sign and upload
Client will place the risk fee, which is equal to one month's worth of rent, in a third party escrow account.

An escrow is a financial arrangement where a third party holds and regulates payment of the funds required for two parties involved in a given transaction. ... While the payment is 'In Escrow' the transaction can be safely carried out without risk of losing money or merchandise due to fraud. Please Note: There is a $100.00 escrow fee to the third party escrow company to hold the funds.
12. After funds have been placed in escrow by client, the case manager will apply to the rental property on behalf of client.
13. Client is approved for move-in by management company/landlord.
14. Client releases risk fee funds from escrow to corporate partner.
15. Client picks up keys and moves in on their selected move in date.
You hereby represent and warrant that (a) you have all necessary authority, rights and permissions to submit the Materials to the Site, (b) the Materials do not and will not infringe or misappropriate any copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent or other intellectual property right of any third party, including any rights of privacy or publicity, and (c) the Materials do not and will not violate any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation including, but not limited to, any fair housing laws or regulations, or cause injury to any person. You agree to release, defend, indemnify and hold net, RentBuyQuick.com Affiliates, the Licensors, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and contractors harmless from and against any and all claims, costs, demands or expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from (i) any distribution, publication, refusal to publish, removal, deletion, movement, editing or other use of the Materials you provide, (ii) your use of the Site or any reliance on the Content, (iii) your breach of these Terms of Service or (iv) any actual, prospective or terminated sale, lease or other transaction between you and a third party.
The following is a partial list of the kinds of activities that are prohibited on or through the Site: (a) submitting Material that is patently offensive to the online community, such as content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual; (b) engaging in activities or submitting Material that could be harmful to minors; (c) engaging in activity or submitting Material that harasses or advocates harassment of another person; (d) engaging in activity that involves the transmission of “junk mail” or unsolicited mass mailing or “spam” to Users or others; (e) engaging in activity or submitting Material or promoting information, that is fraudulent, false or misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous; (f) submitting Material that contains restricted or password-only access pages, or hidden pages or images; (g) submitting Material that displays pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind; (h) submitting Material that provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone’s privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses; (i) engaging in activities or submitting Materials that solicit passwords or personally identifiable information for unlawful purposes from other Users; (j) engaging in commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent, such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising and pyramid schemes; (k) using the Site’s lead forms and/or toll-free numbers to advertise or promote products and services to RentBuyQuick.com advertisers or to solicit RentBuyQuick.com advertisers in any manner; (l) using any robot, spider or other automatic device, or a manual process, to monitor or copy web pages or the Content contained in the Site or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior expressed written permission; (m) using any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site; (n) decompiling, reverse engineering, disassembling or otherwise attempting to obtain the source code for the Software; or (o) taking any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on RentBuyQuick.com hardware and software infrastructure (collectively, “Prohibited Activities“).

Limitation of Liability
RentBuyQuick.com, ITS AFFILIATES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS AND THIRD-PARTY LICENSORS SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM OR CAUSED BY THE SITE, THE SOFTWARE, CONTENT, THE MATERIALS, THE LISTING SERVICE, THESE TERMS OF SERVICE OR OTHERWISE (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES RESULTING FROM NEGLIGENCE). IN NO EVENT WILL THE AGGREGATE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF ATLANTAMARKET.NET, ITS AFFILIATES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS AND THIRD-PARTY LICENSORS FOR ANY CLAIM EXCEED FIFTY DOLLARS ($50). Termination of Service
You understand and agree that in RentBuyQuick.com sole discretion, and without prior notice, your access to this Site may be terminated or suspended, and RentBuyQuick.com may exercise any other remedy available and remove any Materials, if RentBuyQuick.com believes that your use of the Site and/or any Materials you provide (a) violate (i) these Terms of Service, (ii) the rights of RentBuyQuick.com , any Affiliate or Licensor, or another User, or (iii) any law or regulation, or are otherwise objectionable or inappropriate or (b) constitute fraudulent activity of any nature. You agree that monetary damages may not provide a sufficient remedy to RentBuyQuick.com for violations of these Terms of Service, and you consent to injunctive or other equitable relief for such violations without the requirement that RentBuyQuick.com post a bond. RentBuyQuick.com is not required to provide any refund to you if you are terminated as an authorized User because, in sole RentBuyQuick.com discretion, you have violated these Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service may be changed at any time and you will be notified of any such changes by an updated posting of the new Terms of Service on this page of the Site. Your continued use of the Site after the posting of any amended Terms of Service shall constitute your agreement to be bound by any such changes. may modify, suspend, discontinue or restrict the use of any portion of the Site without notice or liability. These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. You hereby agree that any cause of action you may have with respect to the Site must be exclusively filed in the federal or state courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, within one (1) year after the cause of action arises or the cause is barred. You hereby consent to personal jurisdiction in the federal and state courts in Fulton County, Georgia, and waive any objection based on forum non conveniens. As a condition of using this Site, you agree that all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Site shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these Terms of Service, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision of these Terms of Service will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to affect the intent of the parties, and the remainder of these Terms of Service will continue in full force and effect. Failure by RentBuyQuick.com to enforce any provision of this Terms of Service will not be deemed a waiver of future enforcement of that or any other provision of these Terms of Service. This Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof. Neither this Terms of Service, nor any terms and conditions contained herein, shall be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture or agency relationship or granting a franchise between the parties. In the event these terms of service are incorporated by reference into any RentBuyQuick.com advertising contract you may have with an Affiliate, such contract is freely assignable to RentBuyQuick.com any time without your consent.
Apartment approvals are at the discretion of the individual property manager, RentBuyQuick.com does not guarantee approval. We simply sell a listing of communities that offer flexible credit terms based on our housing matches. Our fee is to provide you with our site and service.
